8am to 6pm Monday through Friday and we are open on Saturdays at 11 for sick children only.

    Promise Pediatrics give loving, quality, and timely pediatrics care to children in the North Georgia area. We care for children from birth to 21 years of age. We accept most private insurance and Georgia Medicaid.
