Catoosa Citizens for Literacy is excited to announce New York Times and USA Today best selling author, Karen White, will be at the Catoosa County Library to discuss her book 'The Night the Lights Went Out'. Books will be available for check out at the library prior to the event or you may purchase from many of her works at the event. Mrs. White will be available to sign 30 minutes prior to the event and immediately following.
