Cara Hicks is the Found and Chief Empowerment Officer of The Momentum Network, a Chattanooga-based nonprofit dedicated to empowering single mothers and students facing unplanned pregnancies to persist in college, achieve economic stability, and build strong families through a two-generation support model.

A speaker, community leader, and mom of 5, Cara is passionate about transforming personal adversity into purpose. After experiencing an unplanned pregnancy while preparing for college, she chose a different path - one that ultimately led her to build a thriving organization that now serves hundreds of mothers and children each year through housing, childcare partnerships, coaching, and community support.

Under her leadership, The Momentum Network has grown from a prayer into a full village with a campus, growing community of supporters, & comprehensive program that equips women to overcome and create lasting change for future generations. Cara's work has been recognized nationally, including a feature on the Today Show.
